What we collect

Contact and identification data needed for the booking and rental contract (name, phone, email, licence/ID number where applicable). On the site we collect anonymous usage statistics, only with your consent.

Purpose and legal basis

We use data to reply, confirm the booking and perform the contract (basis: contract performance), and to improve the site via anonymous statistics (basis: your consent).

Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed for the contract and legal (usually accounting) obligations. Statistics are aggregated and do not identify you.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with providers that help us run the service (e.g. web hosting, messaging), strictly for that purpose.
