These terms govern the rental of vehicles provided by Global Car Rental SRL (Tax ID RO00000000, J03/0000/2026), registered at Bd. Frații Golești 110, Pitești, Argeș ("Global Car", "we"). By sending a booking request (including via WhatsApp or phone) you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

1. The service

Global Car rents out vehicles in Pitești and Argeș county. Availability, final price and specific conditions are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp / email) before handover.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after our explicit acceptance. Prices shown on the site are indicative, in euro, per day, and may vary by period and season. Payment follows the agreement (cash or transfer); the reduced 7+ day rate applies as communicated.

3. Deposit

A refundable deposit is taken at handover, in an amount communicated per model. It is returned in full when the car is returned in the same condition, with no damage, fines or missing fuel.

4. Driver requirements

The driver must hold a valid category B licence (usually for at least 1 year) and valid ID. We may decline the rental if documents are not in order.

5. Use of the vehicle

The car is handed over with a full tank and returned full. Prohibited: driving under the influence, subletting, racing, towing, and leaving the country without written consent. Smoking incurs a cleaning fee.

6. Damage, fines and liability

The customer is liable for damage caused through fault, for fines received during the rental, and for lost keys or documents. Technical faults from normal wear are our responsibility.

7. Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours before pick-up. For late cancellations we may charge one day's rate.

8. Dispute resolution

Complaints can be sent to globalcar_spareparts@yahoo.ro. You may also contact the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC, https://anpc.ro/) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
